Well-behaved dogs are allowed.

Payment Schedule
20% of the total amount at the time of reservation
25% of the total amount due 90 days before arrival
Remaining amount due 21 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy
80% of paid prepayment refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival, or earlier.
50% of paid prepayment refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival, or earlier.
25% of paid prepayment refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival, or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.

Security Deposit
A pre-authorization of $250 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 1 day after arrival if there are no issues.
