We are Sonia and Rich. We moved to The County in 2016 to explore a new way of living. We worked together to create beautiful spaces that are relaxing, functional and desirable.

We are often on the property, but it is large enough and you have your own dedicated space, so we won’t really impact you. We also have a really friendly German Shorthaired Pointer named Marley.
